i can get by my weekend doing nothing..

so its actually not bad after all..

its only my second week of work and i have lost 2 out of 5 of my lab coat buttons.. hahaha!

By week 5 .. i will have none left.. haha..

i have nv thought of working at ICES when i graduated..

in fact, i resisted the thought of working at ICES when i graduated..

In the end, i still landed at ICES..

started job at ices on 29th nov mon.. but nothing much.. been to jurong island..den yesterday at neuros.. but was out of lab.. today afternoon finally get into the lab and start some work..

i had our project head, dr brendan, guiding me today.. i dunno izzit becoz i havent do lab for 6 months or wat.. but it seems like i had learnt so much in that hour of the proper way of doing stuff when setting up the rxn and that wat i have done in the lab in the past seems all wrong.. -_-

i have climbed the Great Wall of China.. Cool!

Yeah!! 6 more hours and i be on the plane flying to beijing.. whee!

Form of Acceptance sent.

So for 1 yr.. or at least 10 months.. i will be working at ICES as research officer..

Hopefully i will enjoy it..

Lovely lunch with syikin yesterday.. Love it!

We been saying to have lunch together since she started working at ICES and before i finish my part time job here.. haha.. although we may end up having lunch everyday when i started working at ICES too.. haha..

She mentioned that " Michelle.. its been like so long since i last see u .." haha.. its such a sweet sentence.. although we have juz meet exactly 1 month ago.. but the 1 month does seems so long so long.. in short.. we juz missed each other company.. haha.. its like the drastic change from meeting everyday in sch for 4yrs to meeting once a month? and smsing each other everyday is so different from meeting each other.. We should meet up with each other more often.. but on the note.. i may be seeing her everyday soon.. haha..

And its so weird that me and syikin can sms each other everyday and juz talk abt stuff .. and sometimes i will sms sr and we can chat too.. but not with wc.. dunno why.. sometimes she didnt reply me .. and i thought syikin will sms her to chat coz the two of them normally have a lot to talk when in person.. but no leh.. syikin say she didnt msg wc too.. but its a good thing tt why wc.. we still have stuff to talk when meeting each other.. maybe i should ask her why so.. hmm..
