been going to e gym these few days.. hope to lose weight so wont be so fat..haha.. that me and asyikin's aim!! been to bukit gombak one coz near her place.. actually i can save up money by going my house this jurong west one.. but without company i cannot wake up..haha.. so nvm lor..

been to e gym like for 8 times le.. around.. in last 2 weeks.. den will see some familiar faces la.. and i think we get kinda close with e instructor and e counter person also.. females and they quite old le.. but their english very good still..haha..den we been consulting this instructor.. mee lian .. for e different position and exercise methods..

there is this guy.. he actually got looks and his body nice figure too.. haha.. got nicely-shaped muscles..asyikin agreed too..haha..well, he also consult meelian for different methods for exercise.. den today when meelian was teaching us.. she started saying e guy nice body right..got muscles.. got abs..6 pacs... is she trained one.. as in teach him all e different methods.. wow.. den i ask how long he come le.. meelian say 2 years.. that is long.. at e part of abs.. asyikin actually joke say can touch not..haha.. den meelian laughed..haha.. that's e 1st part..

den e 2nd part... when meelian was teaching us.. den e guy come over to ask her.. at first she wanna go over teach.. but realised we didnt get e correct position yet.. den say later she go over.. so e guy juz stand there wait first.. but den after that meelian call him over.. e guy puzzled and ask what.. den meelian juz grab his shirt to his abs.. and adjust and call me and asyikin look .. haha.. lucky she didnt pull his shirt up.. if not he will be wondering what meelian is doing..haha..but he was surprised still..imagine ppl calling u over den do that and show other ppl ur abs..haha.. ya.. and she started saying she wanna show us his abs.. very nice right..haha..

after that meelian juz intro us lor.. dunno how to spell his name.. uncommon name.. nv heard of it also.. haha..ya.. anyway.. today very funny..haha..
