today's food chem lab was so....*speechless* .. haha.. dunno how to describe it.. its not boring.. its was very fun in fact.. or something different.. we were told in the lab not to use the sense of smell.. but today we did a lot of sniffing.. until the nose feel sick..haha..

today we are supposed to mix amino acid with glucose and water and to boil it for 45 mins.. after tt.. we are to see the changes in colour and to smell the odour it produced and associate with any food smell.. to say it nicely.. the lab manual say can smell chocolate.. or popcorn smell.. but what we smell are not exactly.. but a bit ..and i really mean a bit only ..similar to burnt chocolate, raw potato, rose petal, pandan, wheat grass.. haha.. mostly are choking man.. den smell until in the end.. my nose smell nothing at all.. haha..
