Had my very 1st interview today at GSK.. man it was nerve-cracking!! imagine tt.. i went in the interview with the mentality of having a interview practice and not tt i must confirm get the job.. and i can worried with 2 days.. what if i go into the interview with the mentality tt i must get the job? den i think i dun need to sleep for days man..

The interview was at 3pm.. and i reach the place at 2.15pm.. coz i had a bad experience of going into an interview late before.. so i rather be very early den late.. but den i ended up sitting in the locker room next to the security for the 45mins.. so hot! i was sweating all the way and my hair end up very messy.. but on the other hand.. my friend was saying lucky it was hot den cold.. coz if cold.. i be trembling instead.. which .. is quite true..

den i went into the interview room.. thinking tt there will be max 2 interviewers? coz my friend one had 2.. one from hr.. one from the department.. BUT guess what?? i had 4 interviewers!! yes.. 4!! so scary.. and all is chemist from different department.. 2 singaporean and 2 ang moh.. And i must really say .. one of the ang moh guys has really pretty eyes of sky blue colour.. haha.. Yesyes.. i know i am there for an interview.. haha.. but u know.. its like its very hard to maintain eye contact when talking to a friend.. and even worst.. in a interview.. but at this pretty eyes guy.. i can keep constant eye contact man.. haha.. which is quite a good thing coz it actually calm me down quite a lot.. haha..Was talking abt it with my lab friends after tt and the few of us agreed tt its very impt for a guy to have pretty eyes.. it will makes u wanna look more..& i do realised tt i am very attracted to guys with pretty eyes.. hehe...

The interview was so so so long.. though in fact only 45mins.. think i fare so so only.. coz i answered some qns and for those i dunno.. i juz say "i not sure".. which i know i shouldnt do tt.. but ya.. i did..
Other tt some common qns like "tell me about yourself""what do you see yourself in 2 yrs/5 yrs times?""what do you like to do and not like to do?" the last qn is quite weird.. as in its so general tt i can say another.. so i juz say some stuff abt the things i like to do .. and try to avoid the other part.. coz i cant think den.. but one of the interviewers went to repeat it.. den i juz say "i can't think of any".. den he reply "tt's a good life u have".. haha..
they also ask me some qns tt are quite technical.. which i totally didnt expected it.. they ask abt GMP.. which i know i should have go and google it.. but i didnt.. ask abt contamination and purification.. in lab and in plant.. in plant.. i of course dunno much.. in lab.. i know a bit.. so i juz anyhow say.. and then they repeated abt contamination and purification.. i think abt 3 or 4 times.. which quite weird.. n i juz keep repeating my ans of characterising the unknown contamination.. its either i didnt answer the point they want me to answer or they are testing whether i know my stuff.. no idea..
they also ask abt soft skills like communication and researching of stuff and coming to a decision .. dun think i fare very well there.. my answer all end short.. tsk tsk..

But i must say.. the training program sounds pretty nice.. and i only know any the details when i reach the part "Do you have any qns?" haha.. its a 2 yr training program.. 1 yr will learn a area and another yr learn another area.. either manufacturing or RnD or analytical.. and training is in singapore..But.. it target to start in june.. june.. JUNE.. tt will mean if i really got the job ( if a miracle happened) den tt will means i have to sacrifice my grad trip? am i willing to do tt...
