yesterday went to ECP for BBq.. went e whole day.. den kana sunburnt .. now red and itchy.. but oh my god la.. i didnt eat much but like feel very fat le.. like gain a lot..haha.. coz friday had a birthday dinner for my dad.. and sat BBQ.. alamak.. need to lose it again..

the BBq was fine.. went for cycling also .. we cycle to e bedok jetty.. saw e skiiing thingy also.. and coz yesterday was national day preview.. we saw e fireworks.. and e helicopter flying with e flag too..

but yesterday when sr came.. a feeling overcame me.. she really lose a lot of weight.. asyikin see le started crying also.. told her not to cry in front of sr.. when yy say that sr dun look like her le i still dun believe.. but.. = (.. it look kinda weird when i talk to her..when i look at her.. but i know its still e same her inside.. haiz.. dun wanna say le.. there is so much to say but somehow.. its so painful to see her like that..asyikin been smsing me after e bbq in e night and today abt her..but all we can do is show her more care and concern.. hope she recover fast..
